About The Clinic

Lokahi Wellness Collective was created as a space for meaningful, relational, and trauma-informed healing — for both clients and clinicians.

Rooted in the Hawaiian concept of lokahi, meaning balance and harmony, our work is grounded in the belief that wellbeing emerges when the emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual aspects of ourselves are brought back into connection. Healing is not just about managing symptoms – it’s about restoring safety, trust, and wholeness within ourselves and in our relationships.

We value a calm, spacious approach to therapy — one that honours the nervous system, respects individual pacing, and allows insight and healing to unfold organically.

At Lokahi, we approach therapy through a holistic and relational lens. Many of the challenges people face — anxiety, depression, emotional disconnection, and patterns that repeat in relationships — are often shaped by early experiences and relational wounds. We believe that healing happens best in the presence of safety, compassion, and attuned connection.

Our collective is made up of trauma-informed clinicians who bring steadiness, curiosity, and care into the therapy space. While each counsellor brings their own voice and clinical expertise, we are united by shared values: connection, balance, growth, and respect for the complexity of the human experience.

Lokahi Wellness Collective is intentionally designed to be a place to land, heal and grow — where clients can feel supported as they reconnect with themselves and others, and where clinicians are cared for, trusted, and encouraged to evolve in their work.

It is our hope that through this process, you find greater clarity, balance, and freedom — and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the life you are building.

Lisa Pereversoff,

BCR, MA. Couns. Psych, CCC, RCC

With over 10 years’ experience working in the human services field supporting people of all ages and abilities, my professional experience includes working in child development, disability services, vocational rehabilitation and employment services, mental health and substance use, as well as community outreach programs. My education and experience provide me with a unique understanding of the relationship between individuals and their environment, and how stress can impact one’s physical and mental well-being.

My clinical specialties include anxiety, depression and trauma related to issues stemming from childhood trauma and/or your family of origin. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back.

I am an EMDR basic trained therapist who utilizes various counselling frameworks such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) to support the work we do together in session. My goal is to help people recognize the patterns that have kept them stuck, while creating stronger boundaries and healthier relationships with themselves and others.

To support you in your goals, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from the University of Calgary and achieved a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am a member in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and hold the credential of Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I am also Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
